Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an IT Business Analyst - Italian Speaking to join our client's team.

Reporting to the IT Manager for Business Applications, the successful candidate will analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and deliver technology solutions that support operational efficiency. The role will act as the main IT contact for assigned departments, building a strong understanding of their processes, systems and business requirements.

The IT Business Analyst will collaborate with department heads, business champions and project teams to gather requirements, improve existing applications and implement process automation projects. The position also includes end-user support, software training, project reporting and assistance with software quality and security audits.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, document and improve business processes, system requirements, workflows and software functionality.
• Identify gaps in existing systems and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Manage IT projects, gather business requirements and coordinate the implementation of technology solutions.
• Provide first- and second-level application support and software training to assigned departments.
• Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and provide regular project updates and recommendations.

Key Requirements:

• MQF Level 6 qualification in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Business and IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional ICT experience, including business process automation and IT project delivery.
• Fluency in Italian and strong communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Knowledge of process mapping, requirements gathering, ERP systems and business intelligence technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and customer-service skills.
