Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Shop Assistant to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers/patients and identify their needs in a professional healthcare setting.

• Assist with the sale of orthopedic devices, medical aids, and healthcare products.

• Support basic measuring activities (e.g. braces, insoles, compression stockings) under supervision.

• Handle cash register operations, payments, and basic administrative tasks.

• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and stock control.

Key Requirements:

• Secondary school level education.
• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales (healthcare sector preferred).
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is considered a valuable asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work well within a team.
