The Role

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (German speaking) to join our client's growing team and take full ownership of a portfolio of high value accounts. This role is heavily revenue driven, focused on maximising player lifetime value through strategic account management, upselling, retention and reactivation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of a portfolio of high value key accounts, with clear revenue, retention and growth targets.
  • Drive net revenue growth through proactive upselling, cross-selling and reactivation strategies.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, positioning yourself as the primary and trusted point of contact.
  • Monitor account activity and KPIs daily to identify immediate sales opportunities and revenue risks.
  • Design and execute individual account growth plans based on value, behaviour and lifecycle stage.
  • Deliver a proactive, high-touch sales approach via phone, email and messaging platforms.
  • Analyse performance data to identify trends, optimise account strategies and maximise lifetime value.
  • Coordinate with main stakeholder teams to ensure offers and incentives are commercially effective and compliant.
  • Plan, negotiate and execute tailored offers, incentives, and bonuses aligned with revenue goals.
  • Provide actionable commercial insights and feedback to senior stakeholders to support revenue optimisation and VIP strategy development.
  • Contribute to forecasting, performance reviews, and continuous optimisation of key account sales processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales-driven Key Account Management, VIP Management, or similar commercial role, ideally within iGaming or a high value digital environment.
  • Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed revenue and retention targets.
  • Strong sales mindset with excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of customer behaviour, monetisation strategies and lifecycle value.
  • Highly analytical and data driven, comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills: confident, persuasive, and professional.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage complex portfolios, and prioritise revenue impact.
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
