Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer – Gaming to join our client's team. This role focuses on providing legal support across gaming, corporate, and commercial matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and delivering high-quality advisory services. The selected candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams, contributing to legal excellence and supporting business growth within regulated industries.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal and business advisory services related to gaming, corporate, and commercial matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including service and licensing contracts
- Support clients with licensing requirements, regulatory compliance, and ongoing obligations
- Liaise with local and international regulatory authorities on behalf of clients
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise clients on relevant changes

Key Requirements:

- Degree in Law and a valid warrant to practice law in Malta
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in gaming, corporate, or commercial law
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within the gaming sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines
