This is a hands-on operational role where you’ll keep mission‑critical insurance platforms running smoothly while working with modern, cloud‑aligned technologies. You’ll be at the heart of platform stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement across Life and Non‑Life systems.

What you will do

• Provide Level 2 support for core insurance platforms, resolving complex application and system incidents
• Monitor and troubleshoot application servers, batch processes, integrations, and message-based systems
• Perform root cause analysis and support fixes to improve system stability and performance
• Support releases, deployments, and operational readiness across cloud and DevOps pipelines

Who you are

• 3–5 years’ experience in application support, systems analysis, or platform operations
• Strong PL/SQL skills with working knowledge of T-SQL and SQL Server
• Experience supporting Oracle databases in production environments
• Hands-on exposure to application servers, messaging platforms, and CI/CD or container-based environments
