Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Technical Sales Solutions Engineer (ELV) to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the full bid and tender process, from enquiry review to final submission

• Design cost-effective ELV solutions aligned with client technical and budget requirements

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, costings, and value-engineering solutions

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers during enquiry, negotiation, and contract stages

• Ensure proper handover of confirmed projects, including documentation and ERP setup

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in technical sales or sales engineering

• Experience in Fire Safety and Security or ELV systems

• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple enquiries

• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Valid Maltese driving licence
