Business Development Executive
Job Description:
Manpower Malta is seeking to grow our client's Sales Team and we are looking for a motivated individual to join them as a Business Development Executive.

- You will guide clients and prospects about the right approach to grow their business, manage their IT and thrive in cutthroat markets.
- You will be frank. You will direct clients to grow the right way. You will speak your mind, with your team, and with clients.

Who You Are
- You have a knack for sales; and have a proven track record in previous sales and commercial roles.
- You can work with minimum supervision, you know what you are doing, and you can close deals.
- You are driven by targets and standing out from the crowd.
- You appreciate the value of technology and like understanding how businesses work.
- You like understanding how technology works. Ideally, you have a technical background. A technical degree is fantastic, but not required.
