Job Description:

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an Aftersales Service Coordinator to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers requiring aftersales support, ensuring timely and professional responses

  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, repairs, and inspections with technicians and clients

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of service contracts, warranties, service requests, and customer communications

  • Process service requests, quotations, and invoices related to aftersales activities

  • Liaise with internal teams (technical, sales, procurement) to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aftersales, customer service, or an administrative role, preferably in a technical environment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ERP knowledge is considered an asset

  • Good communication skills in English; basic understanding of Maltese

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a customer-focused mindset
