Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects within agreed scope, budget, quality, and timelines

• Coordinate internal teams, clients, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors

• Monitor project progress, risks, costs, and variations to maximise project profitability

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, health & safety, and client-specific requirements

• Oversee project documentation, reporting, billing, and handover processes

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification

• Maltese engineering warrant or working towards obtaining it

• 3–4 years experience in a project management role, preferably within fire safety, security, or engineering projects

• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD
