Our client, a well-established and respected professional services firm in Malta, is seeking a Corporate Services Specialist / Corporate Administrator to join its growing team in Floriana.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a portfolio of local and international clients, ensuring the efficient administration of corporate structures and ongoing compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with company incorporations, restructurings, and other corporate changes.
  • Preparing and submitting statutory filings and documentation with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and other relevant authorities.
  • Maintaining company records and ensuring corporate documentation is kept up to date.
  • Supporting ongoing corporate governance and compliance requirements.
  • Liaising with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting with company secretarial matters and general corporate administration.
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client service experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Corporate Services, Corporate Administration, or Company Secretarial role, ideally within a local CSP environment.
  • Good understanding of Maltese company law and corporate administration processes.
  • Experience handling MBR filings and corporate documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills will be considered an asset.
