Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Group Stock Inventory Controller to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across all stores and companies
• Ensure all stock movements are correctly recorded (receipts, issues, returns, transfers)
• Carry out cycle counts, periodic stocktakes, and year-end physical counts
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with Store Supervisors, Project Managers, and Procurement to ensure efficient stock control and material availability

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in stock or inventory management, ideally within a multi-site or group environment
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and stakeholders
• Background in construction, engineering, MEP, or technical industries is considered an asset
