Job Description:

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join our client's team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading daily marketing activities, managing a small on-site team, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to support brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, creativity, digital marketing expertise, and operational efficiency. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing plans, campaigns, content, performance analysis, and brand-related initiatives across multiple hospitality and F&B brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing activities across a diverse portfolio of hospitality and F&B brands.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns aligned with revenue goals, brand awareness targets, and business growth objectives.
  • Create and manage content calendars, engaging content, social media strategies, paid and organic campaigns, and event-related marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, ecommerce, and administration, to ensure effective campaign execution and strong brand alignment.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance, while keeping up to date with emerging AI trends, social media algorithms, and design best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Based in Malta, with strong knowledge of the local market.
  • Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, social media, and multi-brand project coordination.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, organisational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines.
