Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Insurance Admin (Technical) to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all corporate insurance policies for vehicles, machinery, equipment, and operations.
- Coordinate policy renewals, updates, documentation control, and compliance tracking.
- Process claims and liaise with external insurance providers and internal departments.
- Maintain centralised records of all insurance documents, expiry dates, and correspondence
- Managing the timekeeping process for specific business units, processing data and compiling timekeeping reports
- Assisting the Directors with various project-related administration tasks
Requirements:
- Highly organised with a good eye for detail.
- Fluent in both English and Maltese.
- In possession of an A-level standard of Education.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous relevant work experience would be considered an asset.
