VIP Key Account Manager (German Speaking)
Job Description:
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a VIP Key Account Manager (Fluent in German) to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with high-value players while delivering a premium and personalised customer experience. This role plays a key part in driving player retention, loyalty, and long-term value within the casino and sportsbook portfolio.
The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, and experienced in building strong relationships with VIP customers. They should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to monitor player behaviour, identify trends, and develop tailored offers that enhance the overall player experience. Working closely with internal teams, the VIP Key Account Manager will help ensure that VIP players receive exceptional service and exclusive engagement strategies that support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of VIP users to increase retention and player value
- Create tailored offers and personalised experiences to enhance player engagement
- Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying trends and patterns in user behaviour
- Handle VIP customer queries related to products, payments, offers, and rewards
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate communications, campaigns, and VIP initiatives
Key Requirements:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the iGaming industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
- A Level standard of education or equivalent
