HR Assistant
Job Description:
Manpower is seeking an HR Assistant for one of it's established clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and wants to contribute to a smooth and positive employee experience.
Key Duties
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative assistance within the HR function
- Setting up and updating onboarding information for new team members
- Creating, organising, and maintaining personnel files
- Keeping employee information current across internal systems
- Ensuring databases and records are accurate and up to date
- Managing document organisation, filing, and retrieval
- Coordinating interview arrangements and related logistics
- Assisting with the scheduling of performance discussions
- Supporting the organisation of internal activities and staff events
- Handling requests related to promotional materials for company initiatives
- Managing tasks connected to employee corporate cards
- Assisting the HR team with any additional duties that arise
Ideal Profile
- Prior experience in an HR, administrative, or similar support role
- Excellent command of English and Maltese, both spoken and written
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with colleagues
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
