Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales & Design Engineer (Electrical Engineering) to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for combining electrical engineering expertise with a commercial mindset to design, propose, and sell electrical and energy solutions. The role focuses on electrical systems, HVAC electrical integration, and renewable energy solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations, efficiency standards, and client requirements. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, prepare technical proposals, and support the full sales and tendering cycle while coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client enquiries and provide technical advice based on electrical engineering principles
• Design and size electrical systems including HVAC electrical, solar PV, and energy solutions
• Prepare load calculations, technical proposals, and detailed quotations
• Participate in tendering processes, including bid preparation and technical evaluation
• Build strong client relationships while securing new business opportunities

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in electrical systems, renewable energy, or building services preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, power distribution, and protection systems
• Ability to perform load calculations and technical system design
