Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales & Design Engineer (Mechanical Engineering) to join our client's team. The selected candidate will be responsible for combining technical expertise with commercial awareness to design, propose, and sell mechanical systems, particularly within HVAC and energy solutions. The role involves direct client interaction, technical design, tendering, and coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client enquiries and provide technical guidance based on mechanical engineering principles
• Design and size HVAC, heat pump, ventilation, and related systems ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Prepare technical submissions, quotations, and participate in tendering processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while securing new business opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and timely follow-ups

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience in HVAC, air conditioning, or mechanical systems design preferred
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and system design
• Ability to use design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar
• Strong communication skills with a commercial and client-focused mindset
