Job Description:
On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking an IT Lead, who will oversee the technical delivery, architecture, and ongoing management of the organizations HR technology ecosystem.
The role ensures secure integrations, strong data governance, and long‑term platform sustainability across multiple business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT workstream for HR system implementation.
- Define integration frameworks, security models, and technical standards.
- Manage integrations with payroll, finance, identity, and other corporate systems.
- Oversee API architecture, middleware, and SSO setup.
- Lead data migration, data quality checks, and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors, validate technical deliverables, and manage risks.
- Transition into platform ownership after go‑live, including support model, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ensure documentation, testing, and smooth handover to operational teams.
Experience & Competencies
- 2–3 years' experience with enterprise SaaS implementations and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of APIs and multi‑entity deployments.
- Ability to manage external partners and work in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent stakeholder communication, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
- Willingness to travel based on project needs.
