Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bookkeeping and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Manage payment runs and perform reconciliations
• Support month-end and periodic close processes
• Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Supervise and mentor Finance Officers

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years’ accounting experience (financial services experience is an asset)
• Warranted Accountant or actively pursuing certification
• Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills
