Job Description:

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive – HVAC & Alternative Energy to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and manage new client enquiries, promoting HVAC and alternative energy solutions
  • Assess client requirements and size/propose suitable systems
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, securing new business opportunities
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts and timely project updates

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within HVAC, technical solutions, or alternative energy
  • Strong ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage enquiries, quotations, and reports
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Willingness to undergo product and supplier training

Job Info:

  • Type of Contract: Indefinite
  • Salary: Depending on experience
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30.
  • Candidate location: All candidates has to already live in Malta.
