Job Description:

Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales and Customer Executive to join our client's team. 

The selected candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive sales efforts while delivering excellent customer service. This is a target-driven role suited for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and achieving results.

The Sales and Customer Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead conversion to maintaining long-term client relationships. The role also involves supporting clients with their ongoing needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and contributing to client retention and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients while promoting relevant products and services
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive prospecting and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently across multiple communication channels
  • Maintain accurate client records and support policy updates, renewals, and documentation
