Project Support & Technical Specialist – BMS & Controls
Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Project Support & Technical Specialist – BMS & Controls to join our client's team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS), control systems, and automation projects. This position combines technical expertise with project coordination responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently from preparation and installation through to commissioning and final handover.
The selected candidate will work closely with Project Managers, the Drawing Office, M&E teams, suppliers, clients, and other internal stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy, timely project execution, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also involves troubleshooting, breakdown support, control panel testing, and participation in automation projects.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project preparation activities, including drawings, connection schedules, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Manage material requisitions, purchases, and releases required for project execution.
- Support FAT testing, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting, and breakdown response activities.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to specifications and deadlines.
- Support control panel design, automation projects, quotations, and project close-out documentation.
Key Requirements:
- Electrical Technical Qualification in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in BMS, control systems, industrial automation, or a similar environment.
- Electrical Domestic Installation Licence A.
- Strong knowledge of BMS architecture, field devices, wiring principles, control panels, and technical schematics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
