Marketing Officer
Job Description:
Manpower Malta, on behalf of our client are seeking a Marketing Officer to help drive local and international brand growth. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative professional eager to contribute to a dynamic marketing strategy.
Role Overview:
You'll work within a collaborative marketing team, alongside business development and external partners, to deliver high-impact campaigns and strengthen the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage social media channels and create engaging, brand-aligned content.

Draft compelling copy and press releases.

Update and optimize website content.

Collaborate with designers, content creators, SEO, and development teams.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns.

Track and report on campaign performance using key metrics.

Support the creation of branded materials and coordinate with publishers.

Research market trends, competitors, and audience insights to inform strategy.
What You Bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role;
- A keen interest in the real estate industry is considered an asset.
- Qualification in Marketing or other industry-related certification;
- High attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, plan ahead, multi-task, and honour deadlines;
- An outstanding level of both spoken and written English, able to write social media content and PRs while adapting such content to different communication platforms and audiences;
- Strong practical knowledge of social media channels and related analytics;
- Proficiency in using online design platforms (e.g., Canva).
- Knowledge of Email Marketing software such as Mailchimp;
- Knowledge in AI photo editing tools is considered an asset.
- Proven ability to film and produce engaging short-form video content for social media, demonstrating a strong visual eye and attention to detail;
- Fluent in Microsoft office (word/ excel/ PPT);
- The ability to work independently, and take accountability for projects;
