Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Sales Representative – Healthcare Sector to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within healthcare facilities across the assigned territory

• Present company services and propose collaborative agreements, with focus on custom orthotics solutions

• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with nursing homes, medical practices, and healthcare providers

• Schedule qualified appointments for orthopedic technicians to manage clinical and technical aspects

• Work closely with the internal team to ensure effective coordination and client follow-up

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commercial mindset with a goal-oriented approach

• Professional attitude and attention to communication quality

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory

• Previous experience in sales or healthcare is preferred; knowledge of tenders or public procurement processes is a plus
