Overview
Manpower is seeking to recruit a Quality and Compliance Officer to join our client's team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve QHSE Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Monitor regulatory and legislative compliance.
- Update and manage QHSE manuals, procedures and policies.
- Conduct compliance checks and support internal audits.
- Assist with obtaining, renewing and maintaining permits and licenses.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, including documentation and corrective actions.
- Support departmental risk assessments and documentation of operational risks.
- Compile QHSE performance data and prepare reports for management and authorities.
- Assist with integrating QHSE practices into daily operations, including training coordination.
- Maintain corporate and project-specific insurance documentation.
- Assist with insurance claims submission and follow‑up.
- Support communication with insurers, regulatory bodies and certification authorities.
- Coordinate gate passes and ensure contractor/employee compliance documentation is updated.
- Support organisation of safety, environmental and security drills.
- Provide administrative support for accident, incident and environmental investigations.
- Prepare investigation reports and track corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate records of QHSE documentation, audits, risk assessments and certifications.
- Prepare reports, summaries and documents required for QHSE reviews and audits.
- Support development and maintenance of Group policies, procedures and forms.
Requirements:
- A level education (insurance qualification considered as an asset).
- ISO Certification
- Previous experience or internship in a quality, compliance or HSE-related role is considered an asset.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Sound organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under minimal supervision while taking initiative in assigned tasks.
