Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across clinical, retail, and laboratory facilities.

• Ensure efficient patient services, logistics, procurement, and administrative processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including medical management, sales, HR, finance, and supply chain.

• Monitor and improve operational KPIs such as service quality, turnaround time, costs, and margins.

• Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and business expansion initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven senior leadership experience in operations management, ideally within healthcare or medical services.

• Strong experience managing multi-site operations.

• Solid background in process optimization and performance management.

• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and data protection standards.
